Phase 1 — Hydrate & Seal

Day 0–7
  • Substrate should be evenly moist; slight pooling at the bottom is okay.
  • Keep the container fully closed.
  • Place in bright indirect light or gentle bottom warmth.
  • Monitor conditions daily.

Phase 2 — Germination Window

Variable

Phase 2 — Active Growth

Ongoing
  • Monitor water level routinely and refill before the reservoir runs fully dry.
  • Check roots, foliage, and moisture balance regularly.
  • Keep in stable temperatures and avoid harsh direct sun unless the plant is suited for it.

Phase 3 — Maintenance

As Needed
  • Refresh water as needed to keep the system clean.
  • Trim damaged growth and remove any declining material promptly.
  • Move up only when the plant outgrows the capsule or needs a larger long-term setup.

As Needed
  • Adjust the light routine if the plant shows stress or excessive stretching.
  • Refresh water and clean components as needed.
  • Move up only when the plant outgrows the capsule or needs a larger long-term setup.
