Shipping policy

We take care to ensure every order is prepared, packaged, and shipped with precision—especially when handling live plants and biological materials.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout based on the items in your order.

Live plants and biological items are shipped using expedited services (such as Priority Mail or faster) to ensure safe delivery.

Non-living items may ship via standard methods unless otherwise specified.


Mixed Orders (Living + Non-Living Items)

If your order contains both living and non-living items, the entire order may:

  • Ship using an expedited method, or
  • Be split into multiple shipments at our discretion

This ensures that live materials arrive in optimal condition.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination
  • Selected shipping method

We do not mark up shipping rates.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on carrier estimates.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed
  • Delays caused by carriers are outside of our control

Live Plant Shipping Notice

Live plants are sensitive to environmental conditions.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Weather, transit time, and handling conditions can affect plant health
  • We take extensive measures to package plants safely, but conditions during transit are not fully controllable

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders that are:

  • Delayed
  • Lost
  • Delivered incorrectly

due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States.

Due to agricultural regulations, certain plants may not be eligible for shipment to specific states. Orders containing restricted items may be modified or canceled as needed.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
